nachospole1 cause english is looked at as a second language so u are able to communicate with people from other countrys and it would of happened over a long period of time as english influences spread over the world like the uk is made up of multiple countrys wales scotland nrth ireland and more and those countrys have their own language like alot of asian and african countrys were ruled by the english plus nrth and sth america and the pacific so it's got alot to do with english involvment over the world 10/07/2009 - 18:05:41
