shazmeister2005 they do that in games to try and make the lap times roughly match what they would be in a real f1 car, if what your saying about a min actually being 45s is the case then if they ran it at proper speed you would end up with sub minute lap times which is not realistic at all	01/17/2010 - 02:34:42
Stereolabdream This was a fabulous game, that was really the first game that could be in any seriousness described as a realistic F1 simulator. I loved it. Its only fault was that the lap clock/timer didn't run in true time...1 minute in game time was about 45 seconds in real time...I never worked out why they did that...	12/29/2009 - 02:56:37

Formula1master yeah overall its one of the best games ever made in my opinion, there r a few things that could need tweaking like retirements and the drivers actually noticing ur there going in2 a corner, but for 1995 as u said, brilliant game, had it come out now, exactly the same but with todays kinda technology 2 make those changes, but keep everything else the same then bang!
